Bright salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly earthy, mineral-tinged, ripe apple-lemon-plum nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, bright, ripe lemon-apple-plum flavours with a crisp, unoaked fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1014957-71361148 on the capsule. Screwcap closure. CSPC 490979

TASTING NOTE: Vivid orange-pink. Fresh red berries, orange peel, pungent flowers and a minerally flourish on the nose. In a juicy, energetic style, offering nicely delineated raspberry, cherry and blood orange flavors sharpened by a jolt of white pepper.
