Tasting note: The color is a hint darker than Knappogue, bordering on golden. The scent is a soft blend of honey with a touch of smoke. The taste is multifaceted, with the smokey-dryness being punctuated by a spicy-salty edge. A scotch, but a light scotch whose complexities blossoms incredibly when a few drops of water are added. Score – HHH (out of 5). (F.S. Fitzgerald, www.alcoholreviews.com, undated) Price $ 59.45
