Bright medium straw colour. Attractive, intense, fairly toasty, ripe lemon nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, very slightly spicy, tangy, fairly intense, fresh ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, high acid, effervescent finish. If you like Champagne, you will enjoy this fine sparkler! This blend of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir has 12.4% alcohol with lot number L7212 on the back label.
