Patricio Tapia awarded this wine 93 points in the 2017 Descorchados, saying \"this malbec is austere and solid with a juiciness and tension on the palate like few others. For spit-roasted goat. ”TASTING NOTE: The 2015 Malbec Reserva is from Luján de Cuyo, from their own vineyards in the Vistalba zone. It followed a traditional fermentation and one year in used barrels for 60% of the wine. It has a floral nose of violets and cherries with hints of sweet spices, quite harmonious. The house style is quite elegant, with polished tannins and a soft texture. Classical Vistalba Malbec. Very good value. Some 100,000 bottles produced. This is the highest volume in the winery.
