Tangy, Fresh Plum-Cherry
|Made from hand-picked and hand-sorted grapes from the Thirty Bench vineyard, this will be a refined, elegant example of Thirty Bench's prowess with Pinot. Look for beautifully articulated and balanced smoke, earth, herbs and red cherry tones with deftly applied oak. Enjoy with beef tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms.
