Medium-deep ruby red colour. Spicy, somewhat baked, apple-plum-cherry nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, tart, somewhat peppery, dried red apple flavours with a very crisp, cedary, mature finish. Has 12.5% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Mature ruby colour; lightly spicy, dried cherries on the nose with a floral top note; medium-bodied, dry, mature, earthy prune flavour with evident tannin on the finish.
