TASTING NOTE: Named after Sebastián Zuccardi's father, José, this is a first release under this label, marrying Malbec with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, both grown on limestone soils. Deeply coloured and showing more wood influence than most of the winery's reds, it's rich, structured and complex with notes of white pepper, blackberry and liquorice. Drink Date: 2018-2025. Score - 95 (Tim Atkin, MW, timatkin.com, Argentina Special Report 2017) |
