Very pale light salmon colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, mineral-tinged, plum-apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, crisp, slightly spicy, apple-lemon-melon flavours with a mineral-tinged finish. This blend of 50% Grenache Gris and 50% Mourvèdre has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LA118033 on the back label. CSPC 557900
