Bright medium straw colour. Very spicy, honeyed, tropical fruit cocktail-tinged nose with some apple sauce notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, honeyed, fruity, apple-pineapple flavours with a fizzy finish. Tasted once. This blend of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Chardonnay has 12.5% alcohol and 9 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 545830
