Very light yellow colour. Fairly intense, complex, toasty, ripe lemon-apple meringue nose with some leesy, pencil eraser notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, quite complex, spicy, intense, very ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, high acid, somewhat nutty, very toasty, effervescent finish. Best with poultry. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 90% Chardonnay, 9% Pinot Noir and 1% Pinot Blanc has 11.5% alcohol and 9 g/L residual sugar with lot number 162/16 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 556654
