Bright extremely pale pink colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple nose with some floral honeyed notes. Off-dry, medium-light bodied, gently effervescent, spicy, honeyed, ripe apple puree flavours with a crisp, fresh finish. Ready-to-drink. This blend of 66% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 4% Pinot Noir has 12% alcohol and 14 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 557645

TASTING NOTE: Limoux makes a claim as the world's original birthplace of sparkling wine, with the first bubbles produced here in 1544. This bright, elegant, zippy sparkler blends 66% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Mauzac and 4% Pinot Noir and evokes apricot, orange zest, apple crumble and spring flowers.
