TASTING NOTE: Fleshy, flavourful and attractively toasty, this is another fine bottling of Segura Viudas' premium Cava offering. There's plenty of yeasty autolysis, fresh bread dough and blanched almonds over green apple and citrus fruit. Fine mousse, and persistence, too.
