Extremely deep intense purple colour. Spicy, dusty, cooked plum nose with some leesy, cedary notes. Fairly dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, spicy, baked plum-apple-cherry flavours with a lingering, somewhat peppery, cedary, fairly high acid finish. Needs time. Tasted once. Has 14% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 7333 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 87.5-points - Cedary, herbal, blackcurrant nose; medium-bodied, dry, fresh and lively blackcurrant flavour but a touch short on finish. CSPC 555722

TASTING NOTE: It's still a very young wine, but this deeply coloured Cabernet Sauvignon is wonderfully fresh and aromatic, with grassy, blackcurrant leaf flavours, vivid acidity and notes of graphite and green herbs.
