Bright light day glo salmon pink colour. Somewhat shy, slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, honeyed, spicy, plum-apple puree flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. The Decanter tasting note quoted in the Vintages Catalogue is incorrect. This is a new blend of 45% Grenache, 45% Cinsault and 10% Vermentino (aka Rolle) that has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The 2016 (**) was released on August 19, 2017 at $19.95. CSPC 410035
