Very bright very pale day glo pink colour. Spicy, mineral-tinged, somewhat shy, plum-apple nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, bright, slightly spicy, pleasant, apple-lemon-melon-plum flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked finish. Ready-to-drink.
