Bright light faint salmon pink colour. Spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe melon-apple nose. Dry, rather light bodied, spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe melon-apple-plum puree flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. Produced by Cannonball this blend of 25% Grenache, 25% Merlot, 25% Petit Verdot and 25% White Grenache is ready-to-drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. The 2016 (**) was released on May 13, 2017 at $22.95. It sells for $23.90 at the SAQ (# 13030495). Meanwhile, the average price in the US is $16 a bottle - selling for as little as $13.29 a bottle.
