TASTING NOTE: It's labeled \"brut\" but there's a sweetness here that's shy of bone-dry. No complaints, though. This is tidy froth, with apple, pear and lemon fruitiness supported by lively acidity and active effervescence. A fine aperitif bubbly. Available in Ontario.
