Bright medium light straw colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, complex, ripe apple-lemon nose with some toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, flavourful, slightly spicy, nicely structured, ripe lemon-melon-citrus flavours with good effervescence and a long, bright, high acid finish. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 18.053 and was recently disgorged in February 2018. The recommended 2011 (**/**+) was released on August 20, 2016 at $23.95. CSPC 907568
