Bright very light salmon pink colour. Very slightly honeyed, gently spicy, plummy, red cherry-apple-lemon nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, gently effervescent finish. Quite ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol and now 7 g/L residual sugar with lot number 7208000L5 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on September 16, 2017 at $29.95 and was Recommended.
