Bright light straw colour. Slightly spicy, ripe apple-lemon-melon nose. Fairly dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, ripe melon-apple-lemon puree flavours with a crisp, unoaked, effervescent finish. Has 12% alcohol and 8 g/L residual sugar with lot number LC-18065 on the back label. Founded in 1890 by a Piedmont native, Pascual Toso is one of Argentina's oldest producers, but that doesn't mean they aren't forward-thinking. Internationally acclaimed consultant winemaker Paul Hobbs has worked with Pascual Toso for nearly 20 years. This sparkler is crafted from 100% Chardonnay sourced from an altitude of 750 metres and is made in an easy-to-enjoy style that aims to deliver balanced lime citrus and bready autolytic notes.
