Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh light plum-apple flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Quite Tavel-like but with more structure. Has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar. TONY ASPLER / 89-points - Earthy, slightly reductive red berry nose with some spicy notes; medium-bodied, dry, struck-flint and strawberry flavours.
||Rosé Table Wine
|The grapes for this wine were sourced from some of Flowers's top sites, including the Sea View Ridge Vineyard. Expect this to be quite an elegant, fresh wine with superb cool-climate zest. Look for grapefruit and strawberry tones with nuanced rose petal and orange citrus and a pure mineral note. It's a great food wine - try it throughout the meal.
