Bright pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, lemon-melon nose with some faint toasty notes. Dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a crisp finish and fairly good effervescence. This 100% Chardonnay has 12% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar. Last appeared in Vintages (**/**+) on April 1, 2017 at $11.95 and was an Explorer Selection. Not as good as the 750 ml bottle. CSPC 641423
