Bright pale straw colour. Slightly spicy, very toasty, ripe lemon-apple puree nose. Fairly dry, medium to medium-light bodied, spicy, somewhat honeyed, fruity, fresh ripe apple-lemon-melon flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, refreshing finish. Has 11.5% alcohol and 13 g/L residual sugar.
