|Bright light straw colour. Very attractive, gently toasty, ripe lemon-apple puree nose with a mineral-tinged finish. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, complex, fairly intense, ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a very fine, lingering, high acid, bright, effervescent finish. This 100% Macabeo has 11.5% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar.
