SINGLE VINEYARD MALBEC 2014 Agrelo, Mendoza
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LAMADRID
Very deep intense purple colour. Spicy, ripe cherry-plum puree nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, ripe cherry-plum-cassis flavours with a lingering, gently cedary finish. Ready-to-drink. Tasted twice. The first bottle had acetic acid notes - the second was OK. Has 13.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L245-17361 on the back label. Not new in Vintages - the 2009 (-/*) with 79-points was released on November 12, 2011 at $14.95 (#234500). You can safely ignore the very old tasting note appearing in the Vintages Catalogue which has nothing to do with the current refreshed December 2017 bottling. CSPC 555821
