Bright pale pink colour. Pleasant, sweet, honeyed, ripe plum-strawberry nose. Off dry, medium-light bodied, effervescent, spicy, slightly baked plum-lemon-apple flavours with a crisp finish. TASTING NOTE: A sparkling rosé on the more evolved, biscuity side of the spectrum, with plenty of yeast-derived flavours dominating over creamy-tart-fresh red berry fruit.
