Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly bitter, intense, spicy, cedary, baked apple-plum nose. Very dry, medium to medium-full bodied, intense, spicy, cedary, rather resinous, peppery, dried apple-plum flavours with a lingering, high acid, somewhat bitter finish. Has 12.8% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. CSPC 581132
