Medium light straw colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, plummy, very faintly honeyed, ripe lemon nose. Dry, medium bodied, quite extracty, harmonious, tangy, ripe lemon-melon-apple-strawberry flavours with a lingering, crisp, faintly toasty finish. Ready-to-drink. This 12% alcohol blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay has 12 g/L residual sugar. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on May 10, 2014 at $27.95 and was Recommended. TONY ASPLER / 90-points / TRY - Chalky, apple and lemon bouquet; might to medium-bodied, crisply dry, green apple with a crisp, lemony, chalky finish. Great length. CSPC 100693

TASTING NOTE: A traditional method pinot noir and pinot meunier blend that is deliciously earthy with bright cherry flavour. The palate is pleasantly dry, crisp but also full bodied.
