Very Gently Grippy, Tropical Fruit Cocktail
LCBO Note Status
You will find this to be crafted in a fresh, elegant style. Look for impressive initial floral tones that move into tropical fruit - think banana, pineapple and lemon. It will be sleek and refined with a pulsing natural acidity that drives the flavours and brings marvelous balance. Try this with grilled chicken, grilled seafood, or a smoked crab appetizer, perhaps?
