|Bright very pale day-glo salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, honeyed, ripe apple-peach-melon puree nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe peachy-apple flavours with a fairly crisp, unoaked finish. This elegant blend of 35% Syrah, 45% Grenache and 10% Rolle has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. Cuvee Le Pas du Moine ia a gold medal winning, certified ORGANIC rose coming from the south-facing slope of Gassier's Mount Sainte-Victoire vineyards. TONY ASPLER / 89-points / BEST BUY - Lightly minerally, struck-flint nose of red currants with a floral top note; medium-bodied, dry, mouth-filling, raspberry and citrus flavours, beautifully balanced and lingering. Perfect for Fall celebratory drinking.
