Rosé wines are, among other things, very food-friendly. This one is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre and is typically crafted in a lighter style that puts the spotlight on the brightness of the red fruit and floral tones. You can expect this to be a well-made, balanced wine that will work well as an aperitif, but don't be afraid to pair it with barbecued fare such as fish, chicken or ribs. Price $ 16.95
