DEA'S CUVÉE SPARKLING 2016 Charmat method, VQA Ontario

Forward bright light yellow colour. Very faintly turpy, spicy, apple sauce nose. Fizzy, off dry, medium-light bodied, tangy, spicy, baked apple flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12.5% alcohol and 10 g/L residual sugar. This pricey Charmat bubbly is not a detour. CSPC 261263
