JCB NO. 69 BRUT ROSÉ CRÉMANT DE BOURGOGNE Traditional method, AC, Burgundy, France
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BOISSET
Bright medium light orange salmon colour. Slightly spicy, very pleasant, ripe melon-apple-strawberry nose. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, fairly crisp, ripe, melon-apple-strawberry flavours with a lingering, fairly effervescent, bright, fresh finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 12% alcohol with 12 g/L residual sugar and is made in the Traditional method. Everything about this bubbly is fine, except the price which for my taste is too high. CSPC 614453

TASTING NOTE: Pours a steely pink with orange glints and a generous froth. A seductive nose of red currants and yellow apples. On the palate it's full-bodied and creamy with tart red fruit character and perky acidity. Excellent, Highly Recommended. Score - 91 (Ultimate Wine Challenge, 2017) Price $ 29.95
