Light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe apple nose. Just off dry, medium to medium-light bodied, slightly spicy, ripe plum flavours with some fresh red apple puree notes on the crisp, unoaked finish. Has 11% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. Better than the recommended 2015 (**/**+) was released on June 25, 2016 at $19.95. CSPC 279117

TASTING NOTE: This is a fairly hefty, dry, quite smooth and savoury cab franc rose with soft, fairly complex aromas of persimmon, sour red currant and spice.
