Very bright day glo salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, bright, slightly dusty, plum-apple-cherry nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, spicy, harmonious, bright, ripe fresh plum-cherry-apple puree flavours with a lingering, high acid finish. This blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 11 2018 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 556639
