| Crafted from Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, this wine was produced using the direct-pressing method. One distinction of direct pressing is that the grapes are grown specifically to produce rosé rather than being an offshoot of red wine production. This method is preferred in Provence, and results in the characteristic light colour of the wines. You can expect this one to deliver fresh fruit, orange citrus and mineral tones. Serve with seafood, shellfish or chicken dishes. |
