Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, gently cedary, faintly herbal, very ripe black cherry plum apple nose. Dry, medium bodied, somewhat tart, tangy, plum-cherry apple flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, faintly bitter finish. Has 13% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number F14318191171823 on the back label.
