This note is based on the 750 ml bottle. Extremely pale bright light salmon pink colour. Slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, gently fruity, plum-apple grapefruit nose with some mineral notes. Dry, light bodied, slightly spicy, very pleasant, fresh, apple-tinged tangy lemon-melon flavours with a crisp, unoaked finish. This blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 10% Syrah has 13% alcohol and according to the LCBO 3 g/L residual sugar (vs. 1.7 g/L residual sugar at the SAQ). Comes with a glass stopper.
