RARE SPARKLING ROSÉ Product of France
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LUC BELAIRE
. Bright day-glo pink colour. Spicy, slightly honeyed, plummy, strawberry nose. Gently sweet, medium-light bodied, spicy, honeyed, plummy, ripe apple-cassis-cherry flavours with a crisp, gently effervescent finish. This rather simple crowd-pleaser is extremely overpriced. An easy-to-drink carbonated 12.5% blend of 90% Syrah, 5% Cinsault and 5% Grenache with 22 g/L residual sugar. It is made by the inexpensive “Charmat” method using bulk stainless steel tanks.
