| TASTING NOTE: This was fermented on skins for 20 days and aged for one year in French and American oak. Fine acidity provides a great foundation here for the red cherry, strawberry and sweet spice notes. Firm tannins make for wonderful structure. Try this with grilled pork chops or turkey stew.
