Extremely deep intense purple colour. Slightly spicy, youthful, gently cedary, ripe plum-cherry purée nose. Dry, medium-full bodied, intense, slightly spicy, fairly dense, ripe cherry-plum purée flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high acid, bright finish. Quite ready to drink. Has 14% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with a recent lot number LC-18-162 on the back label. The recommended 2014 (**/**+) was released on August 19, 2017 at $13.95.
