Very deep intense purple colour. Intense, slightly spicy, very faintly herbal, rounded, ripe plum-cherry nose with some cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, well structured, dense, slightly spicy, fairly intense, gently juicy, plummy, black cherry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, fairly high-acid finish. Nice stuff! Has 14.5% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L0001 on the back label. The 2014 (**/**+) was released on October 14, 2017 at $22.95.
