Bright medium straw colour. Dry, very slightly spicy, quite attractive, gently complex, ripe lemon-melon nose with some toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, bright, ripe lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, very crisp, unoaked, effervescent finish. This 100% Chardonnay has 12.5% alcohol and 7 g/L residual sugar with lot number L8194/21 on the back label. It is made in the classic Champagne method and was disgorged in 2018. Last appeared in Vintages (***) on August 19, 2017 at $24.95 and was Recommended Best Buy. CSPC 352153
