Extremely deep intense purple colour. Spicy, cedary, slightly baked plum-cherry nose with some fairly herbal notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, somewhat cedary, slightly peppery, plum-cherry flavours with a lingering, high acid, somewhat reedy finish. This REPEAT has 14.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with the same lot number L17360 on the back label. TONY ASPLER / 88-points - Cedary, blackcurrant and plum bouquet; full-bodied, dry, black fruit flavours ending on grainy tannins.
