Bright medium straw colour. Attractive, intense, spicy, honeyed, ripe lemon-apple puree nose with lots of cedar notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, faintly cooked,, lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, crisp, quite cedary, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, fairly high acid finish. Ready-to-drink. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L18178 on the back label. Screwcap closure. The 2016 (**) was released on August 5, 2017 at $19.95.
