| Bright deep straw colour. Spicy, mature, apple puree nose with some toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, spicy, baked apple flavours with some lemon notes on the somewhat cedary finish. | TASTING NOTE: This wine was first created to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Hip's classic album Trouble at the Henhouse. The 2017 version has a lovely leesy quality, with snappy lemon and apple tones and just a hint of tropical fruit. This round wine features tones of vanilla and butterscotch and ends with a long, oak-infused finish. A toasty Chard that will go well with grilled pork, chicken or grilled sausages.
