Their Meritage is always a pure, complex expression of the five principal Bordeaux grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. It will deliver impressive ripe dark fruit, oak and coffee notes in a balanced, structured package. John Szabo, MS, of winealign.com awarded both the 2013 and 2014 vintages a score of 92 points, citing the wine's concentration and density in both years. Of the 2014, he said it was \"... not more than a stylistic stone's throw from many of Napa's finest\"; a measure of the excellence of both this wine and the celebrated winery behind it.
