TASTING NOTE: The Cafayate Vesparo Malbec comes from the Calchaqui Valleys and is typical of the perfumed, \"garrigue\" style of the north, redolent with Mediterranean herbs. Silky, elegant and ripe, with some whole bunch sap, fine tannins and notes of fresh tobacco and raspberry compote. Drink Date: 2020-28. Score - 93 (Tim Atkin, MW, timatkin.com, Argentina Special Report 2018) |
