Here is my previous note: Bright deep ruby-brick-red colour. Straightforward, spicy, fairly juicy, plum-cherry purée nose with some cedary-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, somewhat spicy, slightly dusty, plum-cherry flavours with a gently cedary,, fairly high acid finish. Has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. |
