Bright medium light straw colour. Shy, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, chalky, fresh apple-lemon nose. Dry, medium-light bodied, very slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, somewhat chalky, lemon-apple flavours with a crisp unoaked finish. Quite ready to drink. Great value. Best with seafood. Has 12% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L03518 on the capsule. CSPC 635896
