TASTING NOTE: Owned by Champagne J. Bollinger, this estate has been growing wine since 1885. The wine comes from a certified sustainable vineyard and offers crunchy pear, fresh herbs and stony mineral with plenty of crisp acidity and a lively spritz. A good choice for shellfish or green salads. (Vintages panel, May 2018) |
